Returns Policy
Change my order:
As long as the item has not been dispatched then we are able to amend the order. If after placing your order you decide you would like to change it, please email us on support@furnicomp.co.uk with your order number and the item you would like to change to. We will make sure that order is updated as long as the item you would like is available and still in stock.
Cancel my order:
You are able to cancel your order as long as the item has not been dispatched. Just email us at support@furnicomp.co.uk or alternatively give us a call and we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the item has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel that can be done by cancelling your order at the time of delivery, simply by refusing delivery or contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we have received notification of this, we will inform you on the returns process and arrange a collection. As soon as the item is back with us and is checked by the returns team we will issue a refund minus any cost of returns or collection.
I don’t like what I ordered:
If you feel that the item that you have ordered does not meet your requirements you can arrange for it to be returned. Simply email us at support@furnicomp.co.uk and state that you wish to return your item with the reason and we will begin that process. The return must be notified within 14 of days of receiving the item.
Please note: We will not accept any returns for an item that has been partially or fully assembled. The item has to be returned in its original packaging for it to be collected or returned. You must ensure that you keep the original packaging or your request will not be processed.
My order is damaged or incorrect:
After receiving delivery of your goods, we urge customers to check all contents and parts of the item prior to assembly. We recommend doing this as if there is any damage, we can process that damage and resolve the matter much more efficiently prior to assembly.
Please note: We will not accept any returns for an item that has been partially or fully assembled. The item has to be returned in its original packaging for it to be collected or returned. You must ensure that you keep the original packaging or your request will not be processed.
Our items are checked and prepared for dispatch with extra corner guarding and foam protection to ensure that the item arrives to you in the best condition possible. However, we know sometimes things can go wrong and if you were to receive a damaged or incorrect item please email us at support@furnicomp.co.uk.
In the email please include the following:
- Your order number
- Images if there is a damage
- The part number using the instruction manual
- Please mention if the damage was caused during assembly or the item arrived as damage
As soon as we get this information from you someone from our parts team will assess the issue at hand and arrange for it to be resolved in the quickest and smoothest way. We offer a free replacement parts service, so if only 1 or a few of your parts are damaged it maybe easier to send you those specific brand new parts rather than a whole new item.
In the event of an incorrect item or damaged item needing to be returned we will not charge you any returns postage charge and you will receive a full refund once the item has been collected and received at our warehouse
Please note: All damages have to be reported within 14 days of receiving the item, any damage reported after the 14 day period will not be eligible for a free replacement parts service.
Cost of returns:
The cost of the return will depend on the size and weight of the item and also the address at where you are located. We will always charge exactly what the courier quotes and simply deduct that from the refund you were due.
