IMPORTANT
Products will only be dispatched once funds have cleared in our accounts. For customers who choose PayPal as an option, there’s no need to worry, we will process orders immediately. For customers who pay using a Credit/Debit Card, please allow a maximum of 3 working days for funds to clear.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Regular orders can be cancelled before they are released to our carrier. Special orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date cannot be cancelled. Please call us if you need further details.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are usually processed within 2 working days however please allow 1-2 weeks from date of purchase of your order for order processing and to receive your shipment tracking number(s). If rare unexpected delays occur, you will be notified immediately. We offer free UK mainland Delivery ONLY please refer to our delivery policy for postcodes which would result in slightly higher delivery charges.
